The event will be under the high patronage of The French President, Emmanuel Macron.

During the Paris FinTech Forum, the 2nd edition of the PFF Women in Finance will take place, thanks to PwC support, and in partnership with associations such as Financi’elles, European Women Payment Network and the newspaper La Tribune.
PFF Women in Finance was created following a sad observation: there is a major imbalance between men and women in the finance trades, within new companies in the sector. For example, during the 2018 edition, less than 10% of the speakers were women.
120 finance executives will debate and exchange views on this subject with the participation of Cédric O, Secretary of State for Digital Affairs, Ann Cairns, Executive Vice-President of the MasterCard group and many other key figures in this industry.
Much more than just speaking out, Adina Grigoriu’s participation in the forum will also help support the cause of gender diversity in the world of finance since, as the founder of a FinTech, Adina fits perfectly into that initiative.
